How did Elite Start?
Elite Performance and Rehabilitation Center started with Mike Swan (the yoda of triathlon) and Kevin Brown in 2002. I joined forces with them in 2003. The goal of the clinic is to provide high quality manual therapy with a focus on athletic and active people. We now have 4 clinics throughout Santa Barbara, with an incredible staff of intelligent and fun people.
Words of Wisdom
Balance is the key to life. Train hard, race harder, and rest hard. Also, when a workout calls for easy, go easy. If it calls for hard, go hard.

Being one of the top three scorers on the Nationals squad in 2003 when the team placed third.

One of my bikes in college was named "Sailor Moon" after the Japanese cartoon. Let this be a lesson to always give your bikes cool names that you won't regret later!
